Once we understand our clients need, our team sources the right charter aircraft for the mission. Most charter companies do not have a fleet of fixed wing aircraft or helicopters that they own, due to the high cost of the asset value therefore, through our electronic search engines and industry networks we will find the most economic aircraft for the job – we often find that a client has approached 3 or 4 colleagues or so called experts in associated businesses who really do not understand the dynamics, which in turn always escalates the end price to the client.

THE CHARTER REQUIREMENTS

The following is a brief check list of the information we need to know prior to offering any quote, please provide as much detail as possible as set out below:

  1. HOW MANY PASSENGERS?

  2. WHERE IS THE DESTINATION (NAME OF CITY/LOCATION)?

  3. DO THE PASSENGERS NEED TO FLY DIRECTLY TO THE DESTINATION (i.e. NONSTOP)

  4. ARE THE PASSENGERS NATIONALS OF MALAYSIA OR OTHER NATIONALITIES (WILL NEED PASSPORT COPIES OF ALL PASSENGERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN CLEARANCES FOR BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS)

  5. THE RANGE REQUIRED WILL DICTATE IF IT IS TO BE A  HELICOPTER OR FIXED WING – RULE OF THUMB, A HELLICOPTER RANGE IS UP TO 400 KMS MAX – WHICH MEANS FOR THE SHORTER RANGE MISSIONS – ANY LONGER FLIGHTS MUST BE FIXED WING

  6. HELICOPTER -WE NEED TO KNOW PRECISE ADDRESS/ LOCATION OF PICK UP BY HELICOPTER AND PRECISE ADDRESS / LOCATION OF DROP OFF - WITH PICTURES OF SITE AND PERMISSON MUST BE OBTAINED TO LAND HELICOPTERS OFF AIRPORT OR DESIGNATED HELIPAD/HELIPORT.​

  7. FIXED WING -WE NEED TO KNOW THE AIRPORT OF DEPARTURE AND THE AIRPORT OF ARRIVAL. – THE RANGE OF THE MISSION WILL HELP US TO DETERMINE THE AIRCRAFT WE QUOTE FOR YOU. 

  8. IS THE CHARTER ONE WAY AND DROP OFF ONLY OR WAIT AND RETURN – WAIT AND RETURN WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES DEPENDING ON THE LENGTH OF TIME ON STAND BY.

  9. ON THE LONGER BUSINESS JET CHARTER MISSIONS WE PROVIDE A STEWARDESS ON BOARD WHO WILL ATTEND TO THE SAFETY AND COMFORT OF THE PASSENGERS.  WE WILL NEED TO KNOW PREFERENCES IN FOOD AND BEVERAGES FOR THE FLIGHT.

  10. WE NEED TO HAVE THE FULL DETAILS OF THE CHARTERING COMPANY AND ONCE OUR QUOTE IS ACCEPTED BY THE SIGNATORY OF OUR CONTRACT WE WILL REQUIRE 25% OF THE TOTAL QUOTED AS A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND THE BALANCE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT – IF THE CHARTER IS IMMEDIATE – WE REQUIRE THE FULL SUM  BEFORE THE FLIGHT.​​​

  11. CURRENTLY THERE ARE COVID AND QUARANTINE RESTRICTION, THEREFORE REGULATIONS NEED TO BE VERIFIED AT POINT OF DEPARTURE AND DESTINATION

  12. PLEASE ALSO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT BANKS DO NOT OPERATE ON WEEKENDS HOWEVER, WE ACCEPT BANK TO BANK TRANSFERS.
